Starters:

Spiced carrot and lentil soup with natural yoghurt dressing.

Prawn Cocktail
With little gem lettuce,fresh lemon and Mary Rose sauce.

Choice of warm bread rolls.

Main Course:

Grilled fillet of beef
With sauteed wild mushrooms,sweet potato mash and topped with horseradish herb butter.

Thai red chicken curry
Served with egg noodles,red chilli and coriander.

Pumpkin risotto
With artichokes, butternut squash,pesto,hard Italian cheese and fresh rocket.(V)

Dessert:

Chocolate chilli tart with mango sauce.

Warm sticky toffee pudding served with fresh cream.

Cheese:

Barber's Cheddar
Shropshire Blue Cropwell Bishop
llchester Double Gloucester

Served with Carr's Table Water crackers, Stilton and walnut biscuits and cranberry and Port wine compote.

Tea Time:

Sandwich Selection:

Mixed cheddar and sun-dried tomato.
Hot chilli roasted salmon with lemon Mayo.
Bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Warm sultana scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam.

Choice of cakes...Brownie, bakewell slice and profiterole.

Light Bites:

Mini beef burger with bacon, cheese and Bloody Mary relish.
Greek salad
With cherry tomatoes,cucumber,black olives,onion,feta cheese and olive oil.(V)
Mini sushi selection box.

Wine:

White.

The availability of both chocolate chilli tart and bakewell on the same menu is enticing.... :)

I didn't have a pud but hubby had the sticky toffee which he said was really lovely.
I had the cheese selection which was more than ample and IMHO an excellent choice :)

OMIGOD!! The cherry tomato makes another appearance, :0 albeit not with gravy!

Uh oh, thankfully my next flight is to Delhi, so I expect different fare and NO cherry tomatoes.

Thanks for posting classlass. Looks an OK menu - I often wonder why there's not a low carb / low calorie selection like a lot of US airlines offer.

Thanks for taking the time to post this... hope they are still serving this menu in February (guess they should be) as I think it looks pretty good.
