Hi all, has anyone had any problems receiving miles and tier points on their Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, from a Virgin America flight?
I flew twice with Virgin America over three weeks ago. One was a day trip from LAX-SFO-LAX, specifically to get two FC points needed to retain Gold before my year end in November! Virgin America had my FC number for all flights.
I have tried emailing, using the form and phoning but can't get through. I initially put it down to the fact that they had migrated their system (from Gallileo to Sabre I think). I contacted Virgin Atlantic and they have tried their end but to no avail so far.
Anyone else found a similar problem?
