2A isn't so bad. It offers you the advantage of having a smaller cabin. Faster service and no queue for the loos, but then there's the issue of having to wait for Y pax to disembark.

I think 19A is better though. Just wanted to put in a good word for 2A.

Is 2a in the "Silent Zone" Upstairs?
If you want to sleep that might sway you. I would always go for 19A myself. For some reason I prefer UC thru the doors and turning left...

I normally sit in 9A/K on the LGW/MAN fleet as it is not too near the front or the bar. Equivalent seats on the LHR fleet are 16A/K. Given the demise of the IFBT area, am I better in 16A/K or 19A/K on the LHR fleet for a quiet and undisturbed flight? I am conscious of the fact that row 19 is next to the wardrobes & the galley.
