I don't know if this is with-in the forum rules to reply (I'm sure a Mod will inform me if it isn't), but I will.
I'm sorry, but after spending so many hours over several weeks trying to sort out the problem, I eventually managed to cancel the contract and handed the phone back, but I am still £354 down from what you promised to refund me then refused. I am now free from Vodafone. I do not wish to EVER become involved with you again, and if the price of that is £354, then so be it.
Thanks for the offer to help, but as I asked for help countless times during the incident, sent a couple letters but neither were replied to, on-line help weren't very helpful, over the phone I had to repeat myself several times and in the first store I went to they refused to help after they couldn't see any notes on my account Second store took the phone but then refused the final refund.
So no, I don't want any more to do with Vodafone.
