Hi Lee,

I don't know if this is with-in the forum rules to reply (I'm sure a Mod will inform me if it isn't), but I will.

I'm sorry, but after spending so many hours over several weeks trying to sort out the problem, I eventually managed to cancel the contract and handed the phone back, but I am still £354 down from what you promised to refund me then refused. I am now free from Vodafone. I do not wish to EVER become involved with you again, and if the price of that is £354, then so be it.

Thanks for the offer to help, but as I asked for help countless times during the incident, sent a couple letters but neither were replied to, on-line help weren't very helpful, over the phone I had to repeat myself several times and in the first store I went to they refused to help after they couldn't see any notes on my account Second store took the phone but then refused the final refund.

So no, I don't want any more to do with Vodafone.

Is there any proof that Lee from Vodaphone really is from Vodaphone and not just trying to get someones personal details?

May sound overly suspicious but would also like to know if Lee is a good samaritan reader of V-Flyer that happens to work for Vodafone or if Vodafone somehow stumbled upon this post.. Prism at work? ):

Please keep this thread on topic. If Hamster wishes to communicate with the poster then that is his choice, no further input from other members is needed I don't think.

Bringing this back into line with the OP.. This does kind of prove PilotWolf's earlier point in that it appears the only way to get response from various CS departments out there - not just VS are guilty of this unfortunately - is to post it on a public forum.

A pity that things are that way, but at least there is this avenue with which to express any concerns I guess 8D

With all due respect Neil but my question is a valid one - how does anyone know that this is an official Vodafone account and the link within the post is a valid one?

Over the years I have been on v-flyer every now and then a poster will appear with the appearance that they represent a company and we have no idea whether they are valid representative of that company or not.

If Hamster wants to respond that's down to him but personally I am very suspicious, even though it wasn't addressed to me, about this post.
