Anyone point me in the direction of the upgrade fare search please ? It seems to have gone for a walk, cant see the cabin tab anymore
It's been broken for a few months now. The only way to check is via phone.
I asked the same question a few weeks ago here:

And if you go to this thread you can see how to search for M's (or other fare brackets) on ita matrix:

Yes, but if you select an M fare which is the lowest upgradeable fare and go on to the next level to buy that fare, the website defaults to a non-upgradeable fare. That is what the OP is referring to and what the links posted in response are referring to also.
Considering how far advanced Avios's reward fare searches are, this is pretty shocking on VS's part. When you can use an interactive map to see what's available on BA etc, VS have made it near impossible to do this online. I would hope they will use some of their recently announced profit to overhaul this system!

... or their entire IT system...
When I called FC helpline last week to price up M-G one way and revenue return journey, and asked them for a breakdown of the cost per sector, I was told that the system does not show them (how can that be, when the information is on a 3rd party search engine, eg. ITA matrix?)

Well, I suppose it at least covers up for the fact that G's are now unavailable almost anywhere!
