No 7 is due in service later this month.
currently they work the 7/8 250/251 206/207 300/301 rotations and often the VS1/2

I am however very surprised that they are not operating on the JFK routes... I understand that the longest haul flights will yield the biggest savings per flight (especially as these are designed to offer the airline a cost saving on fuel). But surely the volume that the JFK routes have (or the NYC routes) cross referenced against revenue to the business it would be a better move to have these operating on these routes ..?
From what I know (which is enough to make dangerous comments but no where near enough to be accurate!) these are the 'bread and butter' for VS - so the best planes on these routes would make sense, would they not? It would offer operational savings and have the newest and best metal for the customers who spend the most?
Are there any plans for VS to do this..?
