Since always. Disabled toilets are a requirement if the old disability discrimination act and the replacement equalities act.
They are for together use of disabled, not abled people, due to the fact that because if certain disabilities either the abled toilets are not fit for purpose or the disability can be bowel related. Majority if disabled toilets have a RADAR key requirement so that the toilet is available for disabled use only.
It's like saying "disabled parking spaces" are for general use....

I can't remember how I came across a discussion of this, but I did recently where there was cogent argument that it should be the case that the able bodied should not use disabled toilets as it is potentially denying access to those who really need them and have no alternative.

I watched the first episode last night and actually quite enjoyed it. I especially liked the photo call auditions and the attitude of the staff who attended all seemed really cool. cant imagine the same with BA![]()
