I fly Man to MCO UC next Saturday and am looking to hear what the new menu is as well. The last one was quite good so I a hoping for more of the same!

A bit late for the posters above, but these are the UC menus from our trip to SFO.

Outbound:

Starters:
Leek and potato soup (v)
Prawn, avocado and tomato tian
Tomato and mozzarella salad (v)
Breads: Baby wholemeal, White kaiser, Mixed seed

Mains:
Fillet Steak
Free range roast chicken
Thai vegetable curry (v)
Salmon fishcake

Pudding:
Warm brioche and butter pudding
White and dark chocolate cheesecake

Cheese and Port:
Cropwell Bishop, Applewood wedge, Brie wedge

Extra Bites:
Classic gourmet beef burger
Honey and soy chicken
Warm spinach and ricotta quiche
Cold charcuterie
Warm vegetable pakora and samosa (v)

Inbound:

Starters:
Curried butternut squash soup (v)
Beetroot and goats' cheese combo (v)
Thai green papaya salad
Breads: Brioche, Wholewheat and rye, Pretzel roll

Mains:
Porcini dusted fillet
Chicken with sage sauce
Rustic harvest vegetables with polenta (v)
Hot smoked salmon salad

Pudding:
Double chocolate bread pudding
Pumpkin cheesecake

Cheese and Port:
Cashel blue, Manchego, Chimay

No. If you choose a child's menu then it is the same throughout the aircraft.

More than likely similar - but not exactly the same.

Looking back at UC Menus from MAN or LGW-MCO flights, there are generally 3 choices of starter (+ warm breads), 4 choices of main course, 2 puddings & cheese (always 3 different types of cheese).

The longer flights such as SFO may get an extra selection on the Extra Bites section, but other than that I'd expect the menu's to be broadly similar.

General consensus on here over the years is that in general the food is better on ex-UK flights than ex-USA ones. To the OP, have a great flight. I'm on MAN-MCO in under 7 weeks, so please report back what you thought of the food.
