Hi does this menu go up till the 27th of November?

No. If you choose a child's menu then it is the same throughout the aircraft.
Is the lhr-sfo menu the same as the Lgw-Mco menu in upper?

More than likely similar - but not exactly the same.
Looking back at UC Menus from MAN or LGW-MCO flights, there are generally 3 choices of starter (+ warm breads), 4 choices of main course, 2 puddings & cheese (always 3 different types of cheese).
The longer flights such as SFO may get an extra selection on the Extra Bites section, but other than that I'd expect the menu's to be broadly similar.
General consensus on here over the years is that in general the food is better on ex-UK flights than ex-USA ones. To the OP, have a great flight. I'm on MAN-MCO in under 7 weeks, so please report back what you thought of the food.

I'm off in Feb.
I tried the fillet.
I thought I was eating an old boot.
